We Work Hard, But We Enjoy Our Cleanings

Today I cleaned two houses. Why should I do that when I'm one of the owners of the company? It's because I have two new cleaners and they're sort of in training. Jacquelyn is the daughter of a head custodian, and she has been cleaning since she was in high school, when she helped her mom. And Donna used to clean hotels at the beach. They both know how to clean, but as with any job, we (employer/employees)have to get used to each others' ways.

Jacquelyn is very, very good at listening, she's friendly, she wants to help. I can already tell this just by having done three cleanings with her.

Donna is an old pro, very adept at working on her own and she takes the initiative and heads from one clean area to the next.

I'm very lucky to have found two cleaners who are ready, willing and able to continue keeping our customers happy!

Here is a photo of training in my home. All cleaners are company-trained before they come to your home. Below, Severina and I are training Jacquelyn:

When a Maid isn't just A Maid

Our lead cleaner is Severina Javier, and she is *really* good at what she does. Severina has raised seven children and she has taught her two grown daughters exactly how to clean her way--thoroughly. Our clients are amazed at what a great job she does. Here is a "testimonial" from one of our newer regular clients:

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I would give you a thousand stars if I could! My apt is like a new house. I cannot begin to express how amazing Severina and Melanie were and are! They became true friends in a very short time. They even bought me the most beautiful shower curtain because mine was so old. From my initial coversation with Frank to my meeting with Melissa to my cleaning, every single aspect was perfect. Every single person was incredibly professional and skilled while also being people I would be proud to call friends. I am now Spectrum's biggest fan!

Giving Dad a Father's Day Break

When was the last time you did something for your dad? There are so many things we can do, but a lot of the time we think, "Oh, he's perfectly capable of doing it himself," or "He can find someone to do it." But what if YOU found him help and got one of his little projects out of the way for him? That could take a load off, both physically and mentally.

At Spectrum Home Services of North Atlanta, we are all about making things easier for our customers. We get calls for many small jobs that are in our realm of expertise. Whether it's a good home cleaning your father/spouse/significant other needs or a particular home repair, call us and we'll come and do it for you! Our prices are very reasonable, too.

Still need help thinking of a gift? Here are a few money-saving, time-saving suggestions:

--A deep cleaning on your home (with things picked up and washed, he'll rest easier)
--deck repair
--deck cleaning
--fixing rotten wood around a window or two
--adjusting door jambs
--installing a ceiling fan (cool him off in this heat!)
--setting up routine cleaning
